Return Process

  Ensure your items are unwashed, unworn, and have all original Okanui tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label before dropping the parcel at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
